This is a very cryptic dare from Lythan. Read the info on the DCM blog to see how use 3 Die Cuts became Three Welsh Barbers. Here's my take on the dare:
My three die cuts are a sizzlits flower die with flower, centre & leaf cut separately. My background is chalk popping using a daisy stamp and Stampin' Pastels by Stampin' Up!
