Our midweek Little Extra is titled ‘The Flowers That Bloom In The Spring’ and we would like you to create a card with flowers.Simple?
Aww but hold on…….there’s a little twist because we don’t want to make it too easy for you. We want your cards to have flowers on but we don’t want to see any Prima’s or shop brought blooms. The idea of this dare is for you create your flowers yourself, so let’s see what you can come up with.
Here's Mine: -
Supplies used all Stampin Up! - Simple Salutations and Bodacious Bouquet Stamp Sets, So Saffron, Old Olive Classic Ink Pads, Petals and Paisleys DSP, Very Vanilla, Old Olive and Summer Sun Cardstock, Snail, Craft Tool Kit, Earth Elements Markers, Paper Trimmer.

Hi, Keryn! I haven't uploaded this one to my blog yet, but I just finished 8 of these today. The flowers were trimmed just a little bit more on the buds after I took the picture. Anyway, I worked really hard on the coloring, and I think it was worth it. You can see it here -- http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/859357 until I get it on my blog, anyway. :) Kelly
beautiful card!
Keryn, I never told you how terrific your coloring was on your card! Sorry, brain block for a second, I guess. I thought this was a fun challenge, and I now have a better picture on my blog. Stop by if you have the time -- Kelly L's blog
