DCM Dare: - Sprinkles

Then this dare was proposed by Mel a couple of weeks ago the first thing that came to mind was my 'Sprinkles stamp set' so that's what I've used. Not particularly imaginative I know.

Here's my card: -

All Supplies Stampin' Up!® - Stamp Sets - Fun and Fast Notes, Sprinkles, Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White Cardstock, Ruby Red Prints DSP, Purely Pomegranate and Pretty in Pink Classic Ink Pads, Blender Pen, Spring Flower Punch, Soft Subtles Brads, Craft Tool Kit, Paper Cutter, Snail.

I created and earlier version of this card with the Sprinkles flower background stamped in pretty in pink rather than purely pomegranate but that didn't show up well in the photo. I sent that one using a birthday cake with birthday wishes to my Sister In Law Jane for her birthday yesterday.

I had a great day today with this mornings Craft at Keryn's session. It ended up going into the afternoon after Cathryn brought us lunch. It's great now that a number of four year olds belonging to the group have recently turned five and gone to school, my littlest included. We got to include Megan, my newest recruit this morning. Congratulations on signing your paperwork this morning and beginning your new business as a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. Anyone reading this from the Wainuiomata area who is looking for a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator send me an EMail and I'll pass your details on to Megan.

If you are wanting to take up the current Stampin' Up!® recruiting offer like Megan has contact me for details.

During Craft At Keryn's I like to spend the time looking after the guests but after most of them had left early this afternoon I had time to create a 6x6 layout based on one in the 2008 Spring Mini Catalogue. All supplies used Stampin' Up!® - Stamp Set In the Spotlight, Chocolate Chip, Rose Red, More Mustard, Old Olive, Not Quite Navy Cardstock, Chocolate Chip and Old Olive Classic Ink Pads, Paper Cutter, Circle Scallop, 1 1/4" circle and 3/4" circle punches, Snail and 2 way glue adhesives and Chocolate Chip Stamp N Write Marker.

If you've already got a copy of the 2008 Spring Mini Catalogue have a look at page 15 to see my inspiration. If you want me to send you a copy of the Mini Catalogue send me your postal address by EMail.

Keryn, I really like your take on the Mini layout, looks great. I smiled when I read your comments about 4yrs turning 5, and school. It suddenly creates all this 'time' for you without littlies in tow!!!!! Enjoy!
