I like to let my boys make the cards for family members. Everybody always appreciates the cards that the boys make.
This is Cameron's(6) masterpiece: -
Look at the placement of the Train and the Caboose. No Stamp A Ma Jig was used here. It was either good luck or very good management.
This card is a perfect example of all you need are stamps - Choo Choo and Right on Track Wheel, ink - Basic Grey Classic Stampin' Pad and card - Going Gray to start cardmaking.

Lachlan's is also Stamps - Wild About You, Ink - miscellaneous rainbow pads from my Pre SU stash, and Card - Whisper White, Chocolate Chip and Glorious Green with the addition of a pair of scissors and a scallop circle punch.
