It's Lynda's Turn to set the dare over on the Daring Cardmakers blog this week:
"The Year of the Rabbit
3rd February 2011 will welcome in the next Chinese New Year – the Year of the Rabbit. So this week I’m going to let you have TWO options to choose from:-
Make a card with an Oriental feel to it
OR
Make a card that features a rabbit.
It’s entirely up to you."
I've chosen the rabbit option with a cute punch art rabbit, whose instructions I originally saw on Angie Kennedy Juda's website.
The rabbit uses the scallop oval, large oval, 1/2" circle, 1/4" circle punches and could use a 1 3/4" circle punch, however I cut mine using the Circle Scissors Plus.
The background paper was stamped using the 'Butterfly Prints' stamp set and Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery & Bashful Blue Classic Stampin' Pads.
Pop over to the Daring Cardmakers Blog and see what the rest of the design team have come up with. We'd love to see what you can make with this challenge.
