The first thing was to try out the brayering instructions we received and had demonstrated by Paula Dobson. In the process I learnt two things: - as with all new techniques I need a lot more practice at brayering and at just $29.50 I really have to replace my aged brayer with a brand new Stampin' Up!® one.
Here's my first attempt: -
The stamp sets I'ved used are Sweet Summer Sale A Bration set, only 12 days left to earn yours and the words are a sneak peek from the soon to be here Autumn/Winter Mini - Strength & Courage.
Supplies Used: -
Stamp sets: - Sweet Summer, Strength & Courage
Paper: - Whisper White and Not Quite Navy Cardstock
Ink: - Night of Navy and Not Quite Navy Classic Stampin' Pads, Stazon Jet Black
Punch: - Large Oval
Accessories: - Paper Cutter, Stampin' Sponges, Brayer (Not SU), Snail Adhesive.

OMG Keryn!! Are you keen or what!! I was too tired to do anything but blog when I got home. Can't believe you went home and brayered a card - it looks great too, BTW!! Great to catch up with you again yesterday.
Me too Keryn - my brayer is really old and really BAD. It is now at the top of my wish list.
Yeah for Cub camp I say :-) I'll have 2 of mine away next weekend - 1 at Brownie camp and 1 visiting Christchurch so I am looking forward to some creating time ... about time too.
Donna
sounds like you had a great time, Keryn
