then 'Snow In Wellington' is definitely it.
My snow layout uses a mix of retired and still to come products, apart from the circle punches. Big Deal is still my favourite alphabet set and the Presto Patterns specialty paper from the Summer Mini catalogue works well for snow.
The 'Pool Party' Classic Stampin' Pad a new 2011-2013 In Colour was the perfect icy blue colour for my decorations and journalling.
