Pennant Parade/Cupcake Icecream

Thanks so much Kandice Williams to posting this fabulous idea for an Ice Cream in the Splitcoast Stampers gallery.

I've changed the colours and the greeting but the overall design of this card can be credited to Kandice.

I used: -
Stamp Set - Occassional Greetings, Pennant Parade (available 1st Sept)
Paper - Poppy Parade, Wild Wasabi, Whisper White & Early Espresso Cardstock, Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper (available 1st Sept)
Punch - Build a Cupcake Punch (available again 1st Sept)
Other - Paper Cutter, Snail Adhesive.
