Thanks to Courtenay Ferguson's post on the ESAD forum before I left for my Australian holiday I was able to find this metal tree while I was over there. It's taken me a couple of weeks to decorate it but I couldn't help but be inspired by the gorgeous spring weather in Wellington today.
I'd always intended to use my favourite 'Blossom Party' die to make the flowers. The colours were chosen to match my Flowering Cherry Tree blossoms which are still to come yet.
Each of the flowers is on a magnet. I was able to pick up a pack of strong circle magnets for about $2 at a bargain shop so I'll be able buy any number of them and change colours to suit my mood or the seasons or just because.
I used: -
Big Shot and Blossom Party Die
Cardstock: - Melon Mambo, Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink and Pear Pizazz.
Snail Adhesive and Self Adhesive Magnets.
I've finally managed to regain access to my You Tube account and have just filmed another tutorial for you. I will be uploading it soon. Watch out for a link to it on Monday. In the meantime pop over and have a look at some of my earlier tutorials.
