Tips & Tricks Friday - Colouring Silver Glimmer Paper

There's lots of uses for sparkle and shimmer and Stampin' Up!®'s glimmer paper fits the bill beautifully in Silver & Red but what if you wanted another colour.

When making this Christmas card I coloured the silver glimmer paper with a Gumball Green marker, heat set it and then punched out the star for the top of the tree.

  

I used a marker to colour this small space but you could also use the direct to paper technique with a classic stampin' pad for a larger space or even use ink refills or spritzers for a multi-coloured look.
