Tips & Tricks Friday - Changing the look of the card just by Changing the Colour

After a new catalogue announcement on Tuesday I've finally got the blog back on it's usual schedule with Tips & Tricks Friday back on Friday.

When I have a card design that I like that is easy to make it's often not necessary to completely change it to make it for a different age group or change it from female to male or visa/versa.

This design was made for the Birthday of a classy lady.

This card design shows that by changing a colour and adding a bit of bling you can almost change the entire look of the card.

Which one do you prefer?

I used: -
Sketched Birthday Stamp Set - 130423 (wood), 130426 (clear)
2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch - 118874
2 1/2" Circle Punch - 120906

Card one -
Very Vanilla A4 Cardstock - 106550
Basic Black A4 Cardstock - 121688
Modern Medley Designer Series Paper - 126926
