Using the Stamp A Ma Jig

Some cardmakers are happy with eyed up placement for their stamped images while others need the accuracy that only a Stamp A Ma Jig (Stamp Positioner) can provide.

Here I'm going to show you the difference using the Heartfelt Thanks Two Step Stamp Set (not one in the promotion).

This is the first of the two images. The solid image stamped first and then the outline image stamped over the top without using the Stamp A Ma Jig.

Now with the Stamp a Ma Jig. I stamped my solid image again then lined the clear plastic sheet, rough side up, into the Stamp A Ma Jig handle and stamped the outline image onto the clear sheet lining it up with the corner of the handle.

Take the clear sheet and line up the two images as you want them to look when stamped.

Without moving the clear sheet place the corner of the clear sheet back into the corner of the handle. Remove the plastic sheet without moving the handle.

Stamp the outline stamp into the corner of the Stamp A Ma Jig handle as before.

Scroll back to the top. Both perfectly acceptable images. Whether you want to use the Stamp A Ma Jig of not just depends on the look you prefer.

If you prefer the look using the Stamp A Ma Jig add it to your Two Step Stamp order - 101049 $26.95.
