Quick and Simple Christmas Cards for School

I sat down with Cameron this morning to design a Christmas card that that he could make for his class mates.  We started with the In Colour hostess paper pack and he chose Poppy Parade for his colour.  Contempo Christmas is my newest Christmas stamp set so he had to use that with the matching punch.

Here's what we came up with: -

I then took out some of the SU product and tools that I don't let the kids touch, such as Stampin' Dimensionals and my Big Shot and embossing folders and with a couple more tweaks came up with a card for the teachers.

Today's turned into a nice sunny day so I think the rest of the cardmaking with the kids will be put on hold.

All supplies used Stampin' Up!-
Stamp Set - Contempo Christmas
Paper - Whisper White and Poppy Parade Cardstock, DSP Paper Pack - In Colour
Punch - Large Ornament
Accessories - Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Snail Adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Paper Cutter

Remember cardmaking is a great activity to do if the weather's not so great on the holidays.  However, don't let the holidays distract you from the fantastic demonstrator starter kit offer running out on the 15th October.
