Following on from last weeks Faux Patina post I used the technique again for a flower embellishment for my Mum's Birthday card.
I was very impressed at being able to make a metallic looking embellishment with the tools I already had on hand instead of having to race out and try and buy something to match. I used the flower image from 'Upsy Daisy' stamp set and soft suede colouring as it matched the invitations I'd made earlier.
Products used: -
Stamp Set - Upsy Daisy
Paper - Very Vanilla & Soft Suede Cardstock
Ink - Soft Suede, Baja Breeze, Always Artichoke & Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pads
Punches - Blossom, Scallop Trim Border and Corner, Extra Large Oval, 1 1/4" Circle
Accessories - Stamping Sponges, Antique Brads, Crop A Dile, Big Shot, Finial Press TIE folder
