Christmas Card Wednesday - Quick and Easy Tag It

Today I really needed to make a Quick & Easy Christmas Card for you.  Who knew that having a kitchen installed took up so much time when someone else was using the tools.

The quick and easiest cards are those where you can  stamp an image and cut it out with a matching set of framelits.

I stamped the Santa Image twice using Stazon Jet Black ink and a Real Red Classic Stampin' Pad and left the Black one complete cutting it out with the Chalk Tag framelits.  For the red one I trimmed around the inside of the frame with my paper trimmer and stuck it back over the black image after sponging round the edge with matching ink.

The Tag It stamp set has images for all occasions and they  match the 'Chalk Talk' framelits.  One of the best things about the Tag It stamp is $3.00 from every set purchased is donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

A Chalk Talk card to match yesterday's box.

I was so pleased with how the box turned out yesterday that today's craft project after I got back from a family birthday lunch is a card to go with it also using the 'Chalk Talk Bundle'.

'For You' is such a fabulous, use for anyone, for any occasion greeting and the card design is one that will also span a lot of occasions with a change of colour etc.

This was my second use of the Chalk Talk Bundle for the tag.  Loving my Magnetic Platform for the Big Shot that keeps the framelits perfectly in place.

Creped Filter Paper Flower

So pleased with how this flower turned out - so easy!!  I punched six flowers from the 'Creped Filter Paper' using the Blossom punch and attached them together using a two staples in the centre.  I scrunched them up and spritzed them with a mixture of 50% isopropyl alcohol and water and a few drops of marina mist ink refill.

The flower had to have a pretty special project to sit it on and a decorated 'Kraft Gift Box' was just the thing.  This was also my first use of the Chalk Talk Bundle for the tag.  Loving my Magnetic Platform for the Big Shot that keeps the framelits perfectly in place.
